Your tracking link was sent via SMS when your job was created. It looks like interstatemobilerepair.com/job/[your-token]. If you can't find it, check your text messages for a message from our dispatch system. Each job has a unique link tied to your phone number.

How do I approve an estimate or pay my invoice?

Both actions happen through your job tracking link. When a technician submits an estimate, you'll receive an SMS with a link to review and approve it. When the job is complete, you'll receive another SMS with your final invoice and a secure Pay Now button.

I'm a provider — how do I log in to my portal?

Go to /login and sign in with your provider credentials. From there you'll be routed to your provider dashboard where you can manage open jobs, update your availability, view your team, and access dispatch.

Visit our Fleet page to learn about fleet account benefits, then click Register Your Fleet to start the application. Fleet accounts get priority dispatch, consolidated billing, DOT compliance programs, and a dedicated account manager.

Visit our Join Our Network page and complete the provider application. We'll review your credentials, insurance, and service area. Approved providers are onboarded within 2–5 business days and can start accepting jobs immediately.
